Our New Graduate Talent Program in Johannesburg, South Africa will begin in August 2019 and focuses on technology leadership. Our aim is to attract and guide the most talented, innovative and creative technology minds.

What You Will Do

    • Scope, define & design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions.
    • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements & participate in risk analysis.
    • Supporting pre-sales activities, including pre-studies.
    • Plan the implementation of the product configuration / integration work.
    • Help to Execute product configuration, integration and migration work
    • Help to prepare system test, module test and accept test.
    • Support deployment of solution.
    • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation & information sharing.


  • Good understanding of Mobile and Wireless Networks specifically (2G,3G,4G & 5G)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic Network level competence.
  • Ability to learn Ericsson Portfolio.
  • Understand Service Delivery Process.
  • Understand Change Management.
  • Presentation skills (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Software Support
